Congo: Towards the ratification of the revised Kyoto Convention

Congo already demonstrates its willingness to adhere to the revised Kyoto Convention for the simplification and harmonization of Customs procedures.
Members of the committee charged with drafting the document on Congo's adherence to this revised convention begin their work on Thursday 5 January 2017 in the conference room of the Ministry of Finance under the chairmanship of Mr. Emmanuel Akouala Mpan, Director of Cabinet to the Minister of Finance, Budget and Public Portfolio.
According to Emmanuel Akouala Mpan, "the simplification and harmonization of customs procedures constitute an important lever in the development of international trade".
