After opening its branch in July 2015 in Brazzaville, the BSCA (China-Congo Bank for Africa) officially opens a branch in the economic capital city

The opening ceremony took place on May 4, 2017 at Atlantic Palace Hotel in Pointe Noire in the presence of the Minister of Finance adviser, Mr. Armel Fridelin Mbouloukoue,   the chairman of the Board of Directors, M. Rigobert  Roger Andelly,   the Mayor of Pointe Noire, Mr.  Roland Bouity Viaudo, the representative  of the Agricultural bank of China, the representative of the Bank of the Central African States(BCAS)  and of many guests.

It is in a difficult economic situation that the branch of the BSCA is opening  in the economic capital city, where there are a great number of big companies to which it can offer a set of classic and modern products - bank cards, visa card, Union pay card, BSCA, DAB, GAB card and online banking. It aims at offering 24 hours  electronic deposit and withdrawal services,  at stopping  queues at counters and  supporting  the special economic zone of Pointe Noire where a mineral port and the Wingmat oil company will be established.

 Case for choosing the BSCA

The BSCA ensures the safety of funds by way of a good organization  and a strict internal control; a quick transfert of money in 48 hours,  the granting of a  swift code  in 24 hours . Many ATMs will be opened in Congo, so that  customers can benefit from a set of unlimited  tax free withdrawal transac-tions. The agricultural  Bank of China is a shareholder and a strategic partner of BSCA.  It has consequent financial means because it is the biggest bank operating in the Economic and Monetary Community of Central Africa(CEMAC).

The BSCA has three categories and thirteen series of products and services - among others, current accounts, savings accounts, fixed term deposits, appropriations and overdrafts; payments and settle-ments; surety and bounding, financing of international trade; exchange and foreign currency, interna-tional transfers...

The  bank  short term aim is to open additional points of sale in business areas, while improving  its self assistance and implementing aid coverage. The BSCA will open ATMs in Pointe Noire for better services to customers.

At the end of the first term of 2017, it noted almost 5% of market shares deposit and 30% market shares for public funding.

The  BSCA is the result of the good political, economic and commercial relations which have been existing  for 53 years between Congo and the People's Republic of China.
