Identifying and promoting the Ministry’s acts of bilateral and multilateral cooperation
Following-up and controlling the Ministry’s cooperation projects and programmes
Searching for necessary funding for implementation of the Ministry’s cooperation projects and programmes
Disseminating and promoting abroad reforms undertaken by the Ministry
