On Wednesday, July 30, 2025, in Pointe-Noire, Audrey Alban Jean-Baptiste Mapithy-Ma-Mapithy, Administrative and Legal Advisor (CAJ), representing Paul Malié, Chief of Staff to the Minister of Finance, Budget, and Public Portfolio, oversaw the installation ceremony of Martisc Mondzila as Head of the Kouilou Departmental Directorate of the Congolese Agency for Information Systems (ACSI). The installation was carried out by the Director General of the Agency, Lord Marhyno Gandou.

During the ceremony, the newly appointed official expressed his feelings as follows: “My feelings are one of pride and responsibility.” The tasks are significant. We must be capable of accomplishing them, because the Minister expects satisfactory results. I will give my best to achieve them.”

The Director General of ACSI urged the branch's staff to support the role it will play in enabling the Ministry to achieve its objectives, including the digitalization of the public administration. “And ACSI is the national operator for this digitalization project,” emphasized Lord Marhyno Gandou.
