Appointed by Service Note No. 0947 signed by the Minister of Finance, Budget and Public Portfolio, Christian Yoka, on July 29, 2025, eight Heads of Department were officially installed in their posts on Monday, August 4, 2025, at the headquarters of the Directorate General of the Treasury (DGT) in Brazzaville.

The eight newly appointed officials report to three Directorates: one Head of Department attached to the Directorate General of the Treasury (DGT); three to the Directorate of Control and Internal Audit (DCAI); and four to the Directorate of Administrative and Financial Affairs (DAAF).

Regarding the Head of Department attached to the Director General of the Treasury, this is Maxence Blanchardau Ondongo, Head of the Communication Unit, who was installed by the Deputy Director General of the Treasury, Hylarion Stève Ibobi Ollessongo, representing the Director General of the Treasury, Albert Ngondo.

As for the three Heads of Department who took up their posts at the Directorate of Control and Internal Audit, the honor fell to Rigobert Mobondzo, Head of the Internal Control and Risk Management Department; Jean Paulin Itoua, Head of the Audits, Inspections, and Verifications Department; and Marcellin Nguié, Head of the Planning, Analysis, and Synthesis Department. The installation ceremony was also performed by the Deputy Director General.

The four other Heads of Department were installed by the Director of Internal Control and Audit, acting on behalf of the Deputy Director General. These were Obea-M’Akongo III, Head of Personnel and Training; Landry Régis Ewengué, Head of Finance and Procurement; Issombo Tondo Ayou, Head of Inventory Management; and Jaures Ghislain Issoïbeka, Head of Archives and Documentation.

It should be noted that the eight heads of department listed above are among the 32 senior officials appointed to this rank by the same ministerial circular.
