The Directorate of Human Resources and Training is the technical body that assists the Minister in carrying out his duties in the area of ​​human resources management.

AREAS OF COMPETENCE

In this capacity, he is responsible for:

• Manage administrative affairs ;

• Ensure training and retraining of ministry staff ;

• Manage the social action of the ministry ;

• Keep track of the staff file of the ministry ;

• Participate in executive committees and commissions; joint administrative and administrative offices of the Ministry ;

• Manage departmental travel and travel appropriations.
