The closing ceremony of the 8th Annual International Colloquium on Taxation (CIF), held from September 9 to 12, 2025, in Kintélé-Brazzaville (Republic of Congo), was held under the patronage of the Congolese Minister of Finance, Budget, and Public Portfolio, Christian Yoka, representing the Prime Minister, Head of Government, Anatole Collinet Makosso. The conference's theme was: "Role and Place of National Tax Law: The Challenges of Revenue Mobilization and Sustainability."

On Wednesday, September 10, 2025, the second day of the symposium, the round table theme was subdivided into two sub-themes: "Revenue Mobilization from Mineral Resources" and "Revenue Mobilization from Petroleum Resources."

On Tuesday, September 9, 2025, the Grand Hotel of Kintélé, located in the municipality of Kintélé, a suburb of Brazzaville (Republic of Congo), hosted the 8th Annual International Symposium on Taxation for four days. Under the theme: "Role and Place of National Tax Law: The Challenges of Revenue Mobilization and Sustainability," this meeting was opened by Paul Valentin Ngobo, Minister of Agriculture, Livestock, and Fisheries, representing Anatole Collinet Makosso, Prime Minister and Head of the Congolese Government.

On Monday, September 8, 2025, in Brazzaville (Republic of Congo), the Organizing Committee of the 8th International Symposium on Taxation announced to the press that the official opening of the event is scheduled for Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at the Grand Hotel de Kintélé. Held under the high patronage of the Prime Minister, Head of Government, Anatole Collinet Makosso, this four-day conference will focus on the theme: "Role and Place of National Tax Law: The Challenges of Revenue Mobilization and Sustainability."

On Tuesday, May 6, 2025, in Brazzaville, François Mounzéo Breitzer, Tax Advisor, representing Christian Yoka, Minister of Finance, Budget, and Public Portfolio, launched the awareness campaign for the implementation instructions for the tax provisions of Law No. 47-2024 of December 30, 2024, on the Finance Act for the year 2025. He was joined by the Director General of Taxes and State Property (DGID), Ludovic Itoua, and the Director of General Audits and Research, Séraphin Ndion.

On Monday, February 10, 2025 in Brazzaville, Minister Christian Yoka met with the staff of the General Directorate of Taxes and Estates (DGID), led by its Director General, Ludovic Itoua.

After three days of work, from Tuesday June 11 to Thursday June 13, 2024 in Brazzaville, capital of the Republic of Congo, participants in the 37th Annual Conference and 40th General Assembly of the Circle of Reflection and Exchange of Directors of Tax Administrations (CREDAF) separated, under the auspices of Mr. Athanase NGASSAKI, Chief of Staff of the Congolese Minister of Economy and Finance, Mr. Jean-Baptiste ONDAYE. They adopted three major conclusions, including the appointment of the new current President of this organization, for a period of one year. This is Mr. Ludovic ITOUA, Director General of Taxes and Domains (DGID) of Congo, the organizing country.

Tuesday June 11, 2024 in Brazzaville, the Minister of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Congo, Mr. Jean-Baptiste ONDAYE, opened the work of the 37th Annual Conference, coupled with the 40th General Assembly, of the Circle of Reflection and Exchange of Managers of Tax Administrations (CREDAF). The ceremony was enhanced by the presence of high-ranking personalities, including the Representative of Mr. Mory CAMARA, Director General of Taxes of Guinea-Conakry and President of CREDAF; the Secretary General of this institution, Mrs. Cathérine LEMESLE and the Director General of Taxes and Domains (DGID) of Congo, host country, Mr. Ludovic ITOUA.

Tuesday April 9, 2024 in Brazzaville, Mr. Jean-Baptiste ONDAYE, Congolese Minister of Economy and Finance, launched the popularization campaign of two instructions for the application of the new tax provisions contained in law n°39-2023 of 29 December 2023, relating to the 2024 finance law. The ceremony took place in the presence of Messrs. Ludovic NGATSE, Minister of the Budget, public accounts and public portfolio, Ludovic ITOUA, Director General of Taxes and Domains, Administration executives tax, representatives of Congolese employers and taxpayers.
