The Board of Directors of the Congolese Lottery Management Company (COGELO- S.A), held Friday 29 January 2021 at the headquarters of the Ministry of Finance and Budget in Brazzaville, examined and adopted the budget for the financial year 2021 to the tune of 9,500 million F CFA.

The work was led by Guy Wilfrid Ewolo; Chairman of the Board of Directors, Administrative and Legal Adviser to the Minister of Finance and Budget Calixte Nganongo. 

Several items made up the agenda, including: review and adoption of the minutes of the Board of Directors meeting of 29 July 2019; review of the Report on the resolutions and recommendations of the Board of Directors meeting of 29 July 2019; presentation of the detailed Activity Report of the Director General from 22 September to 31 December 2020, review and adoption of the 2021-2023 Strategic Development Plan; review and adoption of the 2021 Programme of Activities; etc.

The participants also discussed the new partnership with Banco-Group; GI-GAMES, as well as competitiveness in the gaming market. 

This session of the COGELO Board of Directors was followed by the General Assembly, which has not been held for some time. "The participants at the General Assembly reviewed all the decisions taken by the various boards that succeeded one another to regularise the company's accounting and financial situation", Guy Wilfrid Ewolo said.

It should be noted that this first session of the Board of Directors took place in the presence of: Germain Dimi, representing the Presidency of the Republic; Gervais Bouiti Viaudo, representing the Prime Minister's Office and Michel Mongo, representing the Congo Assistance Foundation.
