Fifty (50) officials and agents take part in the workshop on the presentation of the matrix for implementing the recommendations of Tax Administration assessment diagnostic Tool (TADAT)

On Tuesday 11 January 2022 in Brazzaville, Ludovic Itoua, Director General of Taxation and States Properties (DGID), opened the workshop on the presentation of the Matrix for implementing the recommendations of Tax Administration Assessment Diagnostic Tool (TADAT) in the presence of Clovin Boziré Ontsouon-Assen, Monitoring and Assessment Officer of the Public Sector Integrated Reforms Project (PRISP).

 

“The Brazzaville workshop aims at gathering contributions from officials and agents of the Tax Administration in the divisions of Brazzaville and Pool. It is part of the drafting of the Strategic Plan 2022-2025 of the Directorate General of Taxation and state Properties, and will serve as a steering tool”, Ludovic Itoua said.

“It is in February 2019 that the Assessment process of our Tax Administration began, through the workshop to launch the TADAT tool. This evaluation, through the analysis of performance, has helped identify the contours of a modern tax organization in line with international standards that will optimize non-oil tax revenues”, he underscores.

From 11 to 14 January 2022, participants will follow, among other topics:  presentation of TADAT: principles and objectives; presentation of the analysis area 1; 2; 3; 4 ...; debates and contributions on the analysis areas.

Similar workshops have already been held in the divisions of Niari, Bouenza, Lékoumou, Plateaux, Cuvette, Cuvette-Ouest, Sangha and Likouala.
