Installation of the new Managing Director of COGELO
Guy Wilfrid Ewolo is installing Guy Roger Moigni in his duties as Managing Director

"Mr. Director General, I am handing over the keys to the House. You have the obligation to bring the COGELO back to where its objective called for: that of protecting the interests of the State as shareholder and meeting the expectations of thousands of workers and their families", thus spoke Guy Wilfrid Ewolo, Administrative and Legal Adviser to the Minister of Finance and Budget Calixte Nganongo and Chairman of the COGELO Board of Directors.
It was on the occasion of the official installation, on Tuesday 22nd September 2020, at the COGELO headquarters in Brazzaville, of Guy Roger Moigni in his duties as Managing Director of this company. Under the supervision of Sylvain Lekaka, Director of Cabinet of the Minister Delegate for the Budget Ludovic Ngatsé, representing the State.
This ceremony took place in the presence of two judicial officers: barrister Nazaire Mbon and Alma Malanda-Loufoundoussou, but in the absence of the dismissed Managing Director, Nestor Tchissambot-Makosso.
"I would like to express my joy in such circumstances! I thank all the authorities, especially the Minister of Finance and Budget, who made it possible for this installation to take place as soon as possible. I am aware of the magnitude of the task that awaits me and I hope to accomplish it successfully, with the support of all COGELO workers," Guy Roger Moigni says, upon taking office.
