Presentation of IRC (Insurance and Reinsurance of Congo)

Established by ordinance No. 32/73 of 31 October 1973, IRC is the No. 1 insurer to carry out insurance and reinsurance operations in the Republic of Congo. Its head office is located at Avenue du Camp in downtown Brazzaville. IRC is governed by the CIMA code (Interafrican Conference of Insurance Markets) with a capital of 3.5 billion F CFA.

Thanks to its deep experience gained over the years (45 years), its proven expertise and the quality of its services, IRC has developped a network of partners in Africa, Europe, Asia and America. Its activities are listed below:

• Insurance all sectors : Life-Automobile-Fire-Maritime and Transport-Aviation-Accidents-Miscellaneous Risks-technical Risks-Oil risks ;
• Legal and conventional Reinsurance: Assignments-Acceptance.
