Audrey Alban Mapithy-Ma-Mapithy, Administrative and Legal Advisor, representing Jean-Baptiste Ondaye, Minister of Economy and Finance opened, Monday October 9, 2023 in Brazzaville, the training seminar for human resources managers (HRM), placed under the theme, “HRM-Design and management of a multi-year training plan”.
“This seminar, organized in collaboration with the Strategore Consulting Group, aims to generate a collective and coherent approach for all the administrations of our Ministerial Department on the methodology to facilitate the implementation of a multi-year training plan, in accordance with the strategic vision of the Minister of Economy and Finance,” declared Jean-Marie Montsagna, Director of Human Resources and Training (DRHF), during the opening ceremony.
In her opening remarks, Audrey Alban Mapithy-Ma-Mapithy stressed that “the success of the reforms undertaken by our Ministry requires the presence of women and men whose knowledge meets the expectations and aspirations of the Minister. Because knowledge remains a key challenge for administrations, in a world undergoing profound transformation. The acceleration of technological innovations and scientific progress requires us to adapt, permanently and constantly, to updating our knowledge.”
Over five days, 29 participants from the supervising Departments will be trained on six themes, namely: “tools for detecting training needs”; “detection of training needs”; “the design of a training module”; “the design of a multi-year training plan”; “the management of a multi-year training plan”; and “evaluation of a multi-year training plan”.
