The Directorate of Information Systems run by its Director, offers the Ministry of Finance and Budget its technical competence on information systems.
The Directorate of Information Systems is made of the following services:
The service for computer applications;
The service for development;
The service for network infrastructure;
The service for audit and control of computer services.
The Directorate of Information Systems is specifically charged with:
Planning evolution and development of the Ministry’s information systems;
Conceiving, developing, managing and maintaining all hardware and software components of the Ministry’s information system and telecommunications;
Ensuring access to information and applications and to guarantee their security, integrity and reliability;
Ensuring technological control in line with new information and communication technology;
Serving as contracting authority for information systems projects;
Ensuring technical regulation of the Ministry’s computer services.
