Holder of a diploma in SME management and a diploma from the Center for Financial, Economic and Banking Studies (CEFEB), Banking option, he also has a Bachelor's degree in economic sciences, option financing of the economy. He is one of the actors of the major budgetary reforms of the last ten years.

A reservoir engineer graduated from the French Petroleum Institute (IFP) and the École Centrale de Lyon (France), he also holds two Advanced Studies Diplomas (DEA) in Pure Mathematics (Scientific and Medical University of Grenoble) and Mechanics (Claude Bernard University of Lyon). He worked in the hydrocarbons department of the Office of the Head of State, where he contributed in particular to the creation of the Société Nationale des Pétroles du Congo, before moving to the Ministry of Hydrocarbons as Director General of Hydrocarbons for 13 years. He was also a Researcher Teacher at the National School of Public Works of the State in Vaulx-en-Velin (France).

Holder of the Advanced Studies Diploma in Econometrics, Forecasting and Economic Foresight from Paris IX Dauphine University and the Specialized Advanced Studies Diploma in Quantitative Techniques Applied to Economics from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University, Mr. Antoine NKODIA held the positions of Central Director of Studies and Central Director of Financial Operations at the BEAC headquarters in Yaoundé. In 2016, he was appointed economic, planning and special economic zones advisor to the Prime Minister and Head of Government, before joining the office of the Minister of Finance, Budget and Public Portfolio in 2021.

An accountant, financier and tax specialist by training, with a diploma from the National School of Administration and Magistracy in Brazzaville, he worked successively at the National Auditors' Office, in an accounting firm and in a company before joining the tax administration in 1992. In the latter, he worked in the general audit brigade, in land conservation, in the office of the Minister of Finance and then in tax legislation where he remained for nearly 22 years as head of department and then director. He was in contact with several international organizations in tax matters and participated in the negotiation of several tax treaties on the avoidance of double taxation.

A financial economist specializing in financial regulation and capital markets, Mr. Andely holds a Master's degree in Economics specializing in Money, Banking and Financial Markets (Tilburg University, England) and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of York (England) and the National University of Singapore (Singapore). After an experience in the Treasury Department at the Sino-Congolese Bank for Africa (BSCA.Bank), he was recruited to the Office of the Minister of Finance in 2021.
