Hilaire Mavoungou, adviser for budget issues, acting director of cabinet of the Minister of Finance and Budget, Calixte Nganongo, opened, Monday 18 November 2019 in Kintélé (northern suburb of Brazzaville) the workshop devoted to raising awareness and deploying the functionalities of the Integrated Public Financial Management System (SIGFIP) in all the Ministries and institutions of the Republic of Congo before its commissioning in January 2020.  

The consultation meeting between the Ministry of Finance and Budget, and the Specialists in Treasury Security (STS) approved for the Republic of Congo, was held on Thursday, October 24, 2019 in Brazzaville, under the patronage of Henri Loundou, representing Calixte Nganongo, Ministry of Finance and Budget. 

The Director of Information Systems of the Ministry of Finance and Budget, Guy Noël Londongo, launched Thursday October 24, 2019, in Pointe-Noire, the Electronic Payment Platform of duties and taxes, called E-Pay. 

Monday 21 October 2019 in Pointe-Noire, the director of information systems of the Ministry of Finance and Budget, Guy Noël Londongo, opened the workshop-assessment of the first modules of the State Debt Payment Tracking System (SYSPACE), coupled with the training of oil companies' agents to the new modules of this platform.

The first online payment platform for duties and taxes in Congo, called E-PAY, was launched by Calixte Nganongo, Congolese Minister of Finance and Budget. The ceremony took place Thursday, October 10, 2019 in Brazzaville. It was punctuated by a video demonstration session of the payment of a Prior Import Declaration Verified (PIDV), from the E-Customs platform.  

“The status and follow-up of the SIGFIP Project Action Plan” was among the 5 items on the agenda of the 11^th Steering Committee Meeting of the Information System Reform projects of Ministry of Finance and Budget. The work was presented on Monday September 30th 2019 in Brazzaville by the Congolese Minister of Finance and Budget, Calixte Nganongo.

The members of the interministerial team in charge of the implementation of the technical control and deployment of the IT system for verification of the legality and traceability of timber in Congo-Brazzaville (SIVL), meeting in a worshop, from Thursday 25 to Saturday 27 July 2019 at the Kintelé International Conference Centre (north of Brazzaville), validated 6 documents and made for recommendations for the operationalisation of this reform.

The Reform Project Steering Committee of the Information System of the Ministry of Finance and Budget met on Friday, 14 June 2019, in Brazzaville. Under the auspices of its president, Calixte Nganongo, head of the Ministry.

Henri Loundou, the cabinet director, representing Calixte Nganongo, Minister of Finance and Budget, officially launched the pilot phase on the use of the Integrated Public Financial Management System (SIGFIP), in the four pilot Ministries, Monday, April 8, 2019 in Brazzaville.
