The handover between Marius Ikolo Ngakosso, the outgoing SIGFIP project manager, and the incoming Brice Gangoué, took place on Friday 9 July 2021 in the meeting room of the Ministry of Finance, Budget and Public Portfolio.

The handover between the outgoing Director of Information Systems (DSI), Rodney Hermann Gouellet, Tax and Customs Adviser, and the incoming interim DSI, Fiacre Maximin Mbou, took place on Thursday 8 April 2021 in Brazzaville, under the supervision of Henri Loundou, Director of Cabinet of the Minister of Finance and Budget. The newly promoted CIO promised to shine by doing a good job.

The members of the Steering Committee (COPIL) of the Information System Reform Project of the Ministry of Finance and Budget met on Tuesday 29 December 2020 in Brazzaville for the fourteenth consecutive time. The work was led by Calixte Nganongo, Minister of Finance and Budget, assisted by his colleague in charge of the Budget, Ludovic Ngatsé. 

A meeting to present the E-PAY-CONGO platform was chaired, Thursday 11 June 2020, in the Ministry of Finance in Brazzaville, by Sylvain Lékaka, Director of Cabinet of the Budget Minister Delegate, Ludovic Ngatsé.

Calixte Nganongo, Minister of Finance and Budget, chaired the 13th meeting of the Steering Committee (COPIL) for public finance reform projects, in the presence of his colleague Ludovic Ngatsé, Budget Delegate. The agenda covered the minutes of the Steering Committee of the previous meeting; the update on the SIGFIP (Integrated Public Finance Management System), E-TAX (Tax Management System) and NIU (Unique Identification Number) projects, the status of implementation of the reform projects, and miscellaneous.

Opened by Sylvain Lékaka, Director of Cabinet of the Minister Delegate in charge of the Budget, and closed by Ludovic Itoua, Director General of Taxes and State Property, the Awareness-raising workshop for the launch of the new Tax Management System (E-TAX), was held on Wednesday, May 27, 2020 in the conference room of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Brazzaville.

Among the 4 points on agenda on the work of 12^th Steering committee (COPIL) of the information system reform project of the Ministry of Finance Budget, held on Monday, March 9, 2020 in Brazzaville, was the review of the progress of 2 projects, namely: the Integrated Public Financial Management System (SIGFIP) and the Tax Management System (E-TAX).

The Technical Supervisor of the Computerized Legality Verification System (SIVL), Belfort Wamba Moundo, officially presented, Tuesday 19 November 2019 in Brazzaville, this new application to the heads of the three Ministries involved in its technical take-over and deployment. These are Ministries of Forestry Economy, represented by Madame Rosalie Matondo; Finance and Budget, represented by director of cabinet, Henri Loundou; and Planning, Statistics and Regional Integration, represented by director of cabinet, Ferdinand Sosthène Likouka. 

Hilaire Mavoungou, adviser for budget issues, acting director of cabinet of the Minister of Finance and Budget, Calixte Nganongo, opened, Monday 18 November 2019 in Kintélé (northern suburb of Brazzaville) the workshop devoted to raising awareness and deploying the functionalities of the Integrated Public Financial Management System (SIGFIP) in all the Ministries and institutions of the Republic of Congo before its commissioning in January 2020.  

The consultation meeting between the Ministry of Finance and Budget, and the Specialists in Treasury Security (STS) approved for the Republic of Congo, was held on Thursday, October 24, 2019 in Brazzaville, under the patronage of Henri Loundou, representing Calixte Nganongo, Ministry of Finance and Budget.
