The Minister of Finance and Budget, Calixte Nganongo, presided over the 8^thSteering Committee Meeting (COPIL) of the information system reform project on Thursday, December 28, 2018, in the conference room of the Ministry.

Saturnin Ipodo-Nzingou, Director of accounting centralization and deputy project manager of SIGFIP user-group, representing Henry Loundou, director of cabinet of the Ministry of Finance and Budget, opened the workshops of the seminar on the presentation of the new legal framework and the public finance management integrated system, Monday 12 November 2018, in Kintélé, a northern suburb of Brazzaville.

From Monday 1 to Wednesday 3 October 2018, in Kintélé (northern suburb of Brazzaville), Henri Loundou, Director of cabinet, representing Calixte Nganongo, Minister of Finance and Budget of the Republic of Congo, opened the workshops of presentation of the new legal framework and awareness on the new expenditure chain of the Integrated Public Financial Management System (SIGFIP).

The 6th meeting of the Steering Committee (COPIL) of the Ministry of Finance’s information system reform project was held on September 21,  2018, in Brazzaville (Republic of Congo), under the authority of the Minister of Finance and Budget, Calixte Nganongo.  During this meeting, the presentation of the Integrated Public Finance Management System (SIGFIP) in its expenditure chain section was made.

Executives from various departments of the Ministry of Finance and Budget met from Thursday 16th to Saturday 18th, August, 2018,  at the hotel de la Concorde at kintele and validated the Information technology master plan. The document was submitted to them for consideration during a reporting workshop by the experts mission, led by  the CEO of Kube Technologie firm, Aymar Andely.

For three days, from Thursday 16th to Saturday 18th, August, 2018, at the Hotel  de la Concorde at kintele (northern suburb of Brazzaville), the director of the information systems of the Ministry of Finance and Budget, Guy Noel Londongo, has been chairing the proceedings of the workshop on the validation of the  information technology master plan of  the Ministry.

The Ministry of Finance and Budget and the Deputy Prime Minister's office  in charge of the civil service and the state  reform jointly held a workshop under the theme :"workshop on the preparation of technical details and the computerization process of human resources management for creating a single  file for civil servants with  Oracle HR- PAROLL software".

On July 17th, 2018, the Minister of Finance and Budget, honourable Calixte Nganongo opened the 5th  meeting of the Piloting Committee  on the information system reform of his department in his office.
