After two days of exchange of experience on the main theme : "Pay and pension management: integrated management information system or not, and internal oversight",  the participants in the 11th Annual Meeting of the International Association of Treasury Services (IATS) held from 16 -17 October, 2017 in Brazzaville (Congo) agreed on the use of the IT tool to secure pen-sion and payroll transactions.

The 11th International Conference and general meeting of the International Associa-tion For Treasury Services (IATS) will take place for  three days in Brazzaville, the capital city of the Congo, under the following theme :«The management of payroll and pensions- what is the best course? an integrated computerized management or not  and carrying out of internal control ». The conference was opened on Monday, October 16^th, 2017 by honourable  Thierry Lezin Moungalla, Minister of Communication and media and Spokesman of the government, representing his colleague,  honourable Calixte Nganongo, Minister of finance and budget.

« Having a debate on the obstacles to the participation of primary dealers approved in Congo on the market of government securities via open subscription, in comparison to other countries of CEMAC(Economic and Monetary Community of Central Africa)» was the purpose of the meeting held on Tuesday, April 1, 2017 at Radisson hotel in Brazzaville and chaired by the representative of the Congolese Minister of finance, budget and public portfolio, Armel Fridelin Mbouloukoue.

The first edition of Congolese bond issue through public offering launched from the 15 to 23 December 2016 respectively in Congo and Gabon by the Minister of Finance, Budget and Public Portfolio, Calixte Nganongo  was a real plebiscite on the Central African financial market.

After carrying out the « Master’s Tour » on the 25 July 2016 at the headquarters of his Ministry, Calixte Nganongo, Minister of Finance, Budget and Public Portfolio started a series of surprised visits to the Brazzaville Public Treasury.
