
Thursday 30 April 2020, the Club 2002-PUR (political party of the Presidential Majority) led by Just Désiré Mondelé, Political Advisor to the Head of State, Denis Sassou-N'Guesso, handed a cheque of 10 million FCFA to the Minister Delegate to the Budget, Ludovic Ngatsé, as part of his contribution to the National Solidarity Fund against COVID-19, created by the Government.
107 million FCFA was provided by Burotop Iris and its partners MBTP and VIVAL, while the Mauritanian Community of Pointe-Noire contributed 20 million FCFA to the National Solidarity Fund against COVID 19.
The Minister delegate to the Minister of Finance and Budget, in charge of Budget, Ludovic Ngatsé, successively received, Thursday 23 April 2020 in Brazzaville, cash donations of 50 million F CFA from the Professional Association of Insurance Companies of Congo (APSACO) ; 25 million F CFA from the mauritanian community of Brazzaville and 20 million F CFA from the SCAB company, for a total of 95 million F CFA to effectively fight against the spread of coronavirus in Congo.
The ceremony of handing over of instructions between Ingrid Olga Ghislaine Ebouka-Babackas, Minister of Planning, Statistics, and Regional Integration, Transports, Civil Aviation and Merchant Navy, representing Calixte Nganongo, Minister of Finance and Budget, and Ludovic Ngatsé, Budget Minister Deleguate to Minister of Finance and Budget, took place Friday, March 20, 2020, in the meeting hall of the Ministry of Finance in Brazzaville.
Appointed on Monday March 16, 2020 by Presidential Decree NO. 2020-58, Ludovic Ngatsé is the Minister delegate to the Minister of Finance and Budget Calixte Nganongo, in charged of Budget.
Among the 4 points on agenda on the work of 12th Steering committee (COPIL) of the information system reform project of the Ministry of Finance Budget, held on Monday, March 9, 2020 in Brazzaville, was the review of the progress of 2 projects, namely: the Integrated Public Financial Management System (SIGFIP) and the Tax Management System (E-TAX).
Opened by Madame Congolese Minister of Planning, Statistics and Regional Integration, Ingrid Olga Ghislaine Ebouka-Babackas, on behalf of her colleague Calixte Nganongo in charge of Finance and Budget of which is acting, and closed by Ambassadeur Nagoum Yamassoum, President of the Supervisory Commission of Central African Financial Market (COSUMAF), the first day of the financial market of Economic and Monetary Community of Central Africa (CEMAC), held in Brazzaville-Kintélé on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, under the main theme “Stakes and challenges of the unified regional financial market in Central Africa” enabled the participants to adopt 13 recommendations to revitalise the Central African Transferable Securities Stock Exchanges (BVMAC).

The Congolese Minister in charge of Finance and Budget, Calixte Nganongo, represented his colleague Ingrid Olga Ghislaine Ebouka-Babackas, Minister of Planning, Statistics and Regional Integration, received a delegation from the IMF, led by Alex Segura-Ubiergo, Thursday 20 February 2020, in the meeting room of the said Ministry. For one week, discussions will focus on documents prepared by Congo, at the request of the Fund.
