General directorate of national financial institutions (DGIFN) - The implementing decrees on the creation of a guarantee fund in Congo to be adopted soon

The proceedings of the Committee on the updating of implementing decrees ended on April 7, 2017 in the conference room of the ministry of finance, budget and public portfolio in Brazzaville. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Armel Fridelin Mbouloukoue, Adviser in charge of national financial institutionsministry, currency and debt in the ministry of finance. Mr. Constant BADIA, Chief executive officer in charge of national financial institutions (DGIFN) also attended the meeting.
