Continued ARC nationwide double payment and search for claims operation - injured customers residing in Bacongo are entitled to compensation at the start of the outreach campaign

On June 29, 2018 at the town hall of Bacongo (2nd town hall of Brazzaville) , the director of production and development of ARC (Assurances et Reassurances du Congo), Aude Vaya, launched the outreach campaign, which is part of the nationwide double payment and search for claims covered by the company.
The ceremony took place in the presence of Fortune Armand Kondo, representing Madam Mayor. On that occasion, cheques were handed over to victims of road accidents or to their claim holders, among them there were Mr. Siméon Mbou Adjou and Mrs. Hortense Bazebizonza. They have been congratulated for their patience by Mr. Vaya, who was with his colleague director of the litigation department of ARC. ": Better late than never, because it took long to process some files", she said.
The director of production and development said that : " the purpose of the campaign is not only to wait for customers to come along and pick up their cheques, or come along and report on their case to the general department and the departmental division located at the city center, but also to get close to customers residing in the capital city. Due to the fact that the operation is twofold, it will continue across the country so as to cover the twelve departments of Congo -Brazzaville. Local authorities will, of course, be involved (prefects, deputy prefects, mayors, district leaders, small and smaller administrative departments leaders, village leaders etc.). The operation started last June 18 at the departmental office of ARC in Brazzaville under the chairmanship of the general manager Marc Gaston Akobo and is about old and new claims.
