Calixte Nganongo, Minister of Finance, Budget and Public Portfolio, promoted to Grand Officer in the Congolese Order of Merit

By decree No. 2016-383 of 31 December 2016, the President of the Republic, Denis Sassou N'Guesso, in his capacity as Grand Master of National Orders, exceptionally promoted, Mr. Calixte Nganongo, Minister of Finance, Budget and Public Portfolio, to the rank of Grand Officer in the Congolese Order of Merit.
The award ceremony took place on Wednesday, February 2, 2017, in the office of the happy recipient.
This decoration comes eight months after the entry of Minister Calixte Nganongo to the first government of the New Republic, published on April 30, 2016.
