Review of recommendations of the Project Execution Report on the agenda

The president of the Steering Committee (COPIL) of PRISP, Gervais Bouiti Viaudo, special adviser of the Prime Minister, in charge of governance, presided over the second ordinary session of the Committee, Monday 15 July 2019, in Brazzaville.

 

This session was attended by Ferdinand Sosthène Likouka, director of cabinet of Madame Minister of Planning, Statistics and regional Integration, and first vice-president of Copil, and his counterpart Henri Loundou, director of cabinet of the Minister of Finance and Budget, and second vice-president of Copil

Participants reviewed the recommendations from the Project Execution Reports. These are recommendations from the oversight mission's aide-mémoire of 14 December 2018; recommendations from the Internal Audit Report as 30 June 2019 and recommendations from the External Audit Reports for the financial years 2017 and 2018.  

At the same time, they reviewed and adopted the Draft Annual Budget Work Plan (PPTBA) revised in 2019, as of 30 June 2019.
