Any natural or legal person, wishing to make its contribution in cash or in kind to the National Solidarity Fund, and the Covid-19 Fund, can now do so online, thanks to the platform Teleservices-Congo. This application was launched on Thursday 14 May 2020 in Brazzaville, by the Minister Delegate to the Budget, Ludovic Ngatsé.

Accessible at: https://teleservices.gouv.cg , this platform was presented by the Director of Information Systems of the Ministry of Finance and Budget, Guy Noel Londongo.

For cash donations, they can be paid directly by mobile payment MTN and Airtel money, visa card, bank transfer, or by cheque payable to the Ministry of Finance and Budget.

“This tool will completely dematerialize the process, not carry cheques or cash by hand. This mechanism, in the near future, will allow Congolese and foreigners who are inside or outside the country, to help Congo within the framework of the National Solidarity Fund and the Covids-19 Fund,”Minister Ludovic Ngatsé said.

Apart from the collection of donations, this platform will also make it possible to carry out administrative formalities online (birth certificates, court records, wedding documents, passports, etc.)
