The General Directorate of National Financial Institutions (DGIFN), Administration under the supervision of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, headed by Jean-Pierre Nonault, spoke on Friday July 28, 2023 in the meeting room of the said ministry in Brazzaville, with the Permanent secretariat of the National Consultation Committee between the Private Sector and Public Administrations (CNCDE-SPAP), Institution under the supervision of the Ministry of Industrial Development and Promotion of the Private Sector, headed by Guy Gervais Bouanga.

The meeting focused on preparations for the work of a possible session of the Technical Committee of the said National Committee, with the participation, among other public administrations, of the DGIFN. This work will take place over the next few days.

During this interview, a presentation of the missions of the DGIFN was first made by its Director General, Jean-Pierre Nonault, followed by thanks from the Permanent Secretary, Guy Gervais Bouanga, not only for the presentation of these missions, but also for the presentation of the general situation of this Public Administration.

The future work of the possible CNCDE-SPAP session will offer the opportunity for participants to reflect on strategies, among other things, for simplifying the procedures for obtaining documents, while ensuring that delivery times are shortened; limiting the exercise of controls to the competent Administrations only; popularization of legal texts and acceleration of the adoption of implementing texts of said laws.

At the end of this preliminary interview on Friday July 28, 2023, the Permanent Secretary of the CNCDE-SPAP, Guy Gervais Bouanga, said he was satisfied with the frankness of the discussions he had with the Director General of National Financial Institutions (DGIFN) , Jean-Pierre Nonault.
