The Minister of Finance and Budget pays last tribute to Fulbert Morossa

Deceased on December 2, 2018, the director of human resources and training (DRHF), Fulbert Morossa was buried, Tuesday, December 11 at the private cemetery Bouka, north of Brazzaville.

 Shortly before his burial, a final tribute was paid to him by the Minister responsible, Calixte Nganongo, in the presence of officials and agents of the Ministry of Finance and Budget. The ceremony of laying wreaths and meditation took place in the hall of the Ministry, against the background of funeral music.

In 1982, after obtenainig his Master's degree in economics in Ukraine, Fulbert Morossa returned to Congo and was put at the disposal of the Ministry of Commerce. From 1997 to 2016, he worked as a procurement specialist on various projects, such as the National Demobilization and Reintegration Programme for Ex-combatants (PNDR) and the Forestry and Diversification Project (PFDE). From 6 September 2016, he was appointed director of human resources and training at the Ministry of Finance and Budget, a position he held until his death. Fulbert Morossa leaves the land of men at the age of 57. 

The funeral oration was read by the Coordinator of project monitoring and evaluation at the ministry of Finance and Budget, André Georges Sassé.
