The agents of Airtel-Congo have granted a cheque for 36 million 329 thousand 876 F CFA to the Government.

On Tuesday, August 25, 2020 in Brazzaville, Ludovic Ngatsé, Minister Delegate in charge of the Budget, collected from the hands of the Director of Human Resources (DRH) of the mobile phone company Airtel Congo, Mrs. Nives Ornella Malanda, a cheque of 36 million 329,876 F CFA, representing the contribution of the agents of this company to the National Solidarity Fund and Covid-19 fund.
Accompanied by Junior Bongo, Staff Delegate, the bearer of the check indicated that this gesture follows that made on June 2, 2020 by the General Management of the company. "It is never too late to show our solidarity with the President of the Republic, Denis Sassou-N'Guesso, the Government led by Clement Mouamba, and the Congolese people affected by the adverse effects of the Coronavirus pandemic," she said.
Reacting to this mark of solidarity, Ludovic Ngatsé stressed that "it is the first time that workers of a Congo-based company join the efforts to respond to the call of the Head of State in the fight against the Covid-19".
