Martial DJIMBI MAKOUNDI, new General Manager of COGELO was appointed on the occasion of the meeting of the Board of directors held on March 25, 2017, to temporarily fill the position of his predecessor Nestor Tchissambou Makosso, who had been suspended. The new General Manager was sworn into office on March 27 this year.

The ceremony took place at the general directorate of the company under the aegis of Mr. Jean Marie Montsagna, Chairman of the board, legal and administrative Adviser of Honorable Calixte NGANONGO, Minister of finance, budget and public portfolio.

Mr Martial Djimbi MAKOUNDI took up his position after the bailiff broke the seal of the office in the absence of Mr. Alain Bienvenu Mayouma, the former suspended general manager.

As he was interviewed by the press on what he was going to do, he said he would draw up an assessment with the participation of the executives and agents of the company. He will also design a planning of activities based on the decisions and recommendations of the board.

Regarding the two months of salary arrears (February and March 2017), he reassured that he would take care of the matter in due course.
