Campaign to popularize the instruction on the application of tax provisions in Pointe-Noire

Friday, February 17, 2023 in Brazzaville, Jean-Baptiste Ondaye, Minister of Economy and Finance, launched the campaign to popularize the instruction for the application of the tax provisions contained in Law No. 77-2022 of December 22, 2022 on the Finance Act for the year 2023. This instruction dates from February 8, 2023 and was signed by Ludovic Itoua, Director General of Taxes and Domains (DGID).
Wilfrid Albert Ossié, Director of Cabinet of Rigobert Roger Andely, Congolese Minister of Finance, Budget and Public Portfolio, launched, Friday, September 2, 2022, a campaign to extend the tax collection procedure from 2017 to 2020 periods to taxpayers in the department of Brazzaville.

He explained in particular the different stages of the procedure that debtors must follow to benefit from the abatements ranging from 30 to 80%.
Lambert Ifoko, Tax and Customs Adviser to Rigobert Roger Andely, Minister of Finance, Budget and Public Portfolio, urged taxpayers from the Large Enterprises Unit (UGE), Medium Enterprises (ME), Petroleum Taxation (FP) and Small and Very Small Enterprises (PTPE) to pay their tax debts for the period 2017-2020 on Wednesday 17 August 2022 in Pointe-Noire.
