
On Monday, August 11, 2025, in Brazzaville, Prime Minister Anatole Collinet Makosso presented the outline of the 2026-2028 Medium-Term Budget Framework (MTBF) first to the National Assembly, presided over by Isidore Mvouba, and then to the Senate, presided over by Pierre Ngolo. These presentations took place during two plenary sessions dedicated to the Budgetary Policy Debate (DOB).

From Monday, July 4 to Thursday, July 7, 2025, in Brazzaville, the 32 Heads of Department appointed by Service Note No. 0947, signed on July 29 by the Minister of Finance, Budget, and Public Portfolio, Christian Yoka, were officially installed in their respective Directorates by representatives of the Director General of the Treasury.

Appointed by Service Note No. 0947 signed by the Minister of Finance, Budget and Public Portfolio, Christian Yoka, on July 29, 2025, eight Heads of Department were officially installed in their posts on Monday, August 4, 2025, at the headquarters of the Directorate General of the Treasury (DGT) in Brazzaville.

On Wednesday, July 30, 2025, in Pointe-Noire, Audrey Alban Jean-Baptiste Mapithy-Ma-Mapithy, Administrative and Legal Advisor (CAJ), representing Paul Malié, Chief of Staff to the Minister of Finance, Budget, and Public Portfolio, oversaw the installation ceremony of Martisc Mondzila as Head of the Kouilou Departmental Directorate of the Congolese Agency for Information Systems (ACSI). The installation was carried out by the Director General of the Agency, Lord Marhyno Gandou.

In accordance with both Prime Ministerial Decree No. 2025-326 of July 25, 2025, appointing the Central Directors, and Service Note No. 2416 of July 28, 2025, from the Chief of Staff of the Minister of Finance, Budget, and Public Portfolio, appointing the new Central Directors, Audrey Alban Jean-Baptiste Mapithy-Ma-Mapithy, Administrative and Legal Advisor (CAJ) to Minister Christian Yoka, representing Paul Malié, Chief of Staff, officially installed the newly appointed officials in their offices.

On Friday, July 25, 2025, in Brazzaville, the Technical Committee tasked with reviewing the development of the National Financial Inclusion Strategy (SNIF) and the Microfinance Sector Support Project in the Republic of Congo held its second meeting. The meeting was chaired by Dominique Ursel Tsono Ndzalé, Advisor on Institutions and Financial Engineering at the National Monetary Authority.

Christian Yoka, Minister of Finance, Budget and Public Portfolio, chaired the 2nd session of the Executive Committee of the National Committee of the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI) of the Republic of Congo on Thursday, July 24, 2025, in Brazzaville. He was accompanied by two of his government colleagues: Rosalie Matondo, Minister of Forestry, and Arlette Soudan Nonault, Minister of Environment, Sustainable Development and the Congo Basin.

In accordance with Service Notes No. 2393 and No. 2394 from the Chief of Staff of the Minister of Finance, Budget, and Public Portfolio, concerning their appointment, several senior officials of the General Inspectorate of Finance (IGF) were officially installed in their positions as Division Heads, Service Heads, Section Heads, and Office Heads.

On Tuesday, July 22, 2025, in Brazzaville, Audrey Alban Jean-Baptiste Mapithy-Ma-Mapithy, Administrative and Legal Advisor to Christian Yoka, Minister of Finance, Budget, and Public Portfolio (MFBPP), officially installed 5 Heads of Department, 7 Project Managers, and 6 Assistants in their respective positions at the Information Systems Department (ISD). Their line manager, Okina Elenga Ngaporo, was also present.

On Monday, July 14, 2025, in Brazzaville (Republic of Congo), Christian Yoka, Congolese Minister of Finance, Budget and Public Portfolio, chaired the 2nd ordinary meeting of the National Economic and Financial Committee (CNEF)-Congo for the current year, held at the headquarters of the Bank of Central African States (BEAC).
