The Directorate of Natural Resources, run by its Director, offers technical assistance on exploitation and commercialisation of the country’s natural resources.
The Directorate of Natural Resources is made of the following services:
The service for legal affairs;
The service for follow-up of exploitation and commercialisation of hydrocarbons;
The service for follow-up of exploitation and commercialisation of other mines;
The service production costs and valorisation.
The Directorate of Natural Resources is specifically charged with:
Participating in drawing up and implementation of legislation and regulation having an impact on public finance in the area of natural resources;
Participating in the maximisation of revenues from natural resources;
Putting in place necessary tools for the follow-up of exploitation and commercialisation of natural resources;
Following up of activities of exploitation and commercialisation of natural resources;
Conceiving and developing tools for appreciating real costs of production of natural resources;
Preparing working sessions with companies involved in exploitation and commercialisation of natural resources.
