On Wednesday, June 11, 2025, in Brazzaville, Hylarion Stève Ibobi Ollessongo, Deputy Director General (DGA) of the Treasury, successively installed eight new Central Directors into their respective positions. The splendor of the successive installation ceremonies was enhanced by the presence of Ms. Joséphine Bomandouki-Olingou Pourou, Director General of the Civil Service.

Pursuant to both Decree No. 2025-208 of the Prime Minister, Head of Government, of June 3, 2025, appointing the Central Directors at the Directorate General of the Treasury, and the Note from the Chief of Staff of the Minister of Finance, Budget, and Public Portfolio, appointing new Central and Departmental Directors, the Deputy Director General of the Treasury has carried out this series of installations of newly promoted employees to their respective offices at the headquarters of the Congolese Public Treasury.

Yrel Patrict Le-caurps Iwangou Mouketou has assumed his duties as Director of Internal Control and Audit, replacing Jean Dongou Ikama, Director of Services Control. Freddy Yoka Aoué, Director of Administrative and Financial Affairs (DAAF), has succeeded Irène Marie Pauline. Aimé Kléber Singha has since assumed the post of Director of Legal Affairs. The Department of Studies and Forecasts (DEP) is now headed by Armand Darhiel Mokoko Miyongo, who has taken over from Dieudonné Foutouka. The Accounting Centralization Department is now headed by Bérenger Cygnas Pakou, replacing François Ngoma. The Revenue Department is now headed by Raphaël Denis Mouko Passi, while the Expenditure Department has been entrusted to Ms. Alda Lidwine Gina Ayessa. Finally, Giresse Helmick Ngami has taken the reins of the Banking Operations and Markets Department.

The eight nominated executives, each in their respective positions, have pledged to give their best to successfully complete the missions entrusted to them by management.
