On Tuesday, August 1, 2017 in Ouesso, the adminitrative city of the department of Sangha, the Private Secretary of the Minister of finance, budget and public portfolio, Emmanuel Akouala-Mpan, officially opened the one stop office for customs clearance of goods in the presence of the prefect Jean Christophe Tchikaya who cut the symbolic ribbon.

The 2017-2022 strategic plan was one of the items on the agenda of the ordinary general meeting of the shareholders of the Development Bank of the Central African States (BDEAC), which took place on July 24, 2017 in Brazzaville(Congo) under the aegis of the Equatorial Guinean minister of finance and budget, honourable Miguel Engonga-Obiang Eyang. The Committee met for its third time in a row on Thursday, June 22, 2017 in the conference room of the Ministry of Finance in Brazzaville, under the aegis of its chairman, honourable Calixte Nganongo, Minister of Finance, Budget and Public Portfolio. The Committee ruled on the following items on the agenda.

The third meeting of the of the Piloting and monitoring Committee for the undebtedness and develop-ment Agreement reviews the progres made in the carrying out of the projects.
On June 9, 2017, in Room 315 of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Brazzaville, Honourable Calixte Nganongo, the Congolese Ministry of Finance, Budget and Public Portfolio chaired the third meeting of the Piloting and monitoring Committee (PMC) for the undebtedness and developpement Agreement (C2D) entered into 2010 between France and Congo.

The ceremony for the signing of the two agreements and of the additional clause took place on June 8, 2017 at the ministry of Finance, Budget and Public Portfolio in Brazzaville, between the Republic of the Congo, represented by honourable Calixte Nganongo,Minister of Finance and honourable Pierre Oba, minister of Mines and geology and the companies Sintoukoula Potash and Soremi, respectively represented by Messrs Makosso Mouga and Jing Guo.

On Tueday, June 6, 2017, the Minister of Finance opened two customs clearance one stop windows in Brazzaville. They are respectively located at the Beach and at Maya Maya international airport.

The group which has been pretending to be a leading life insurance company in the French speaking sub-sahara Africa for four years is soon going to open a branch in Congo. The group is composed of 23 affiliates and partners in Africa.
