
The Minister of Finance and Budget, Calixte Nganongo, presented on Saturday 27 and Monday 29 October 2018, at the National Assembly and the Senate, the financial bill 2019. It is set at 2,323 billion 448 million F CFA in revenue, and 1,753 billion 608 millions de F CFA in expenditures. And results in a budget surplus of 569 billion 840 millions F CFA.

The Directorate General of National Financial Insttitutions (DGIFN), under the tutellage of the Ministry of Finance and Budget, organizes together with the National Council of Credit (CNC), the census of micro-finance institutions. This operation was launched on Friday 26 October 2018 in Brazzaville, by Constant Badia, DGIFN.

In Brazzaville, from Monday 22 to Friday, October 26, 2018, a regional seminar on public sector debt statistics will be held. The workshops have been opened by Henry Loundou, Director of cabinet of the Minister of Finance and Budget, Calixte Nganongo.

The re-installation of Zéphirin Iloki, as Director of Administrative affairs (DAAF) at the General Directorate of Customs and Indirect Taxation, Hilaire Mavoungou, Budget Adiviser, representing the Minister of Finance and Budget, Calixte Nganongo, took place on Friday 19 October 2018.

The Director of cabinet of the Ministry of Finance and and Budget, Henri Loundou, installed in a tense atmosphere and under the supervision of the gendarmerie and police services, Aaron Kounenguika, chief customs inspector, to the position of Director of customs Investigations (replacing LauricLoembé) and Serge Victor Ignoumba, chief customs inspector, to the position of senior customs inspector as Director of Regulation and Litigation (replacing M. Makita).

The Ministry of Finance and Budget, Calixte Nganongo is pursuing reforms with Syspace application to control and secure State revenues from natural resources, particularly the oil sector. The second presentation of this State debt payment monitoring application, took place on Wednesday 17 October 2018, in the meeting room of this ministry. The discussions and debates were directed by Henri Loundou, Director of cabinet.

The Kintélé international conference Center was used as a framework for the Ministry of Finance and Budget to host the stakeholders’ strengthening workshop on accounting quality issues. The workshops were opened Monday, October 15, 2018, by Henri Loundou, Director of cabinet of the Ministry of Finance and Budget.

A demonstration session of the Electronic Standard Billing (FNE) was chaired, Monday, October 15, 2018 at the Ministry of Finance and Budget, in Brazzaville, by Jean-Marie MONTSAGNA, administrative and legal adviser of Minister Calixte NGANONGO, and in charge of procurement, representing the Director of cabinet of this Ministry. In the presence of Telecommunications and Digital Content Tax adviser, Mopaya ATALI, Project coordinator.

Brazzaville, October 4th 2018, Henri Loundou, Director of cabinet of the Minister of Finance and Budget, representing Calixte Nganongo, his tutelage, officially lauched the activities of the National Committee for public debt (CNDP) in the meeting room of the said Ministry.

From Monday 1 to Wednesday 3 October 2018, in Kintélé (northern suburb of Brazzaville), Henri Loundou, Director of cabinet, representing Calixte Nganongo, Minister of Finance and Budget of the Republic of Congo, opened the workshops of presentation of the new legal framework and awareness on the new expenditure chain of the Integrated Public Financial Management System (SIGFIP).
