
The New General Manager of the Congolese Gambling Management Company (COGELO), Etienne Makosso, was installed in his duty on Monday 18 July 2022, at the company’s headquarters in Brazzaville. The induction ceremony was placed under the auspices of Michel Mongo, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and attended by the outgoing General Manager, representatives of the Prime Minister's Office, the Ministry of Finance, Budget and Public Portfolio, as well as company's officials.

From Monday 4 to Friday 8 July 2022 in Brazzaville was held the seminar of executives of the insurance sector, under the theme: “The control of consistency and relevance of financial statements of insurance companies by the National Insurance Directorates (DNA) of the Member States of the Inter-African Conference of Insurance Markets (CIMA). The thirty or so participants called for the development of a special status for insurance supervisors.

On Monday, July 4, 2022 in Brazzaville, Jean Pierre Nonault, Director General of National Financial Institutions (DGIFN), representing Rigobert Roger Andely, Congolese Minister of Finance, Budget and Public Portfolio, opened the proceedings of the seminar for insurance supervisors from the 16 Member States of the Insurance Markets Inter-African Conference (CIMA).

On Wednesday 29 June 2022 in Brazzaville, Florent Michel Okoko, Permanent Secretary of the National Committee of the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI)-Congo, led a workshop to popularise the 2019 and 2020 Reports to the national and international press.

Rigobert Roger Andely, Congolese Minister of Finance, Budget and Public Portfolio, François Barateau, French Ambassador to Congo, and Maurizio Cascioli signed a credit agreement on Friday 24 June 2022 in Brazzaville, enabling France to provide Congo with budgetary support of 67.5 million Euros, or CFAF 44.3 billion, over the period from 2022 to 2024.

Ludovic Ngatsé, Minister Delegate in charge of the Budget to the Minister of Finance, Budget and Public Portfolio, Rigobert Roger Andely, launched on Wednesday 22 June 2022 in Brazzaville, the operation of census and updating of the taxpayers' file of the tax administration in Congo. The consortium Ernst & Young and GEEPS Consulting, mandated by the Government, intends to complete this mission in 6 months, on the whole national territory.

The New President of the Development Bank of Central African States (BDEAC) was installed in his new position on Saturday 18 June 2022 in Brazzaville (Republic of Congo). This was at the end of the Extraordinary General Assembly chaired by Mrs. Nicole Jeanine Lydie Roboty Epse Mbou, Minister of Economy and Recovery of Gabon, current president of the body.

The Director General of Taxation and Estates, Ludovic Itoua, launched on Tuesday 14 June 2022 in Brazzaville, the awareness raising seminar on risk management and the reminder of ethical rules. This seminar brought together directors and heads of central services, heads of structures and their assistants.

On Tuesday, June 14, 2022 in Brazzaville, two tax offices, namely the one of Makélékélé R+2 (1st district) and the one of Mfilou R+1 (7th district) were inaugurated during a unique ceremony held on the Avenue de l'OUA. Under the auspices of the Prime Minister, Head of Government, Anatole Collinet Makosso. In the presence of the Minister of State, Minister of Trade, Supply and Consumption, Alphonse Nsilou. They were joined by their colleagues in charge of Finance, Budget and Public Portfolio, Rigobert Roger Andely; Industrial Development and the Promotion of the Private Sector, Nicéphore Antoine Thomas Fylla Saint Eudes. And the Budget Delegate, Ludovic Ngatsé.

The Prime Minister, Head of Government, Anatole Collinet-Makosso, inaugurated the Loandjili Tax Office in Pointe-Noire, in the 4th district, on Saturday 28 May 2022. In the presence of the Minister Delegate in charge of the Budget, Ludovic Ngatsé, representing the Minister of Finance, Budget and Public Portfolio, Rigobert Roger Andely; the Prefect of the city of Pointe-Noire, Honoré Mpaka, and the political, administrative and military authorities.
