
The 6th meeting of the Steering Committee (COPIL) of the Ministry of Finance’s information system reform project was held on September 21, 2018, in Brazzaville (Republic of Congo), under the authority of the Minister of Finance and Budget, Calixte Nganongo. During this meeting, the presentation of the Integrated Public Finance Management System (SIGFIP) in its expenditure chain section was made.

On Wednesday, September 19, 2018, the conference room of the Commercial Agriculture Development Project (PDAC) in Mpila (Brazzaville), Republic of Congo, served as a venue for the launch of the work of the external audit of the Agricultural Support Fund (ASF).

A consultation meeting with the Specialists in Treasury securities (SVT) for the Republic of Congo, took place on Tuesday 11 September 2018 in Brazzaville. Henri Loundou, Chief of staff of Minister Calixte Nganongo, in charge of Finance and Budget, delivered the opening speech in the presence of Michel Dzombala, National Director of the Bank of Central Africa States (BEAC), Fridelin Mbouloukoué, adviser to the National financial institutions and currency of the Ministry of Finance and the leaders of financial institutions.

In preparation for the State budget of 2019 fiscal year, the Ministry of Finance and Budget initiated ministerial budget conferences. The workshops that were launched on Monday 10 September 2018 in the conference hall of the Ministry, were chaired by the Director of cabinet Henri Loundou, assisted by Ferdinand Likouka, Chief of staff of the Ministry of planning, statistics and regional integration, Franck Corneille Mampouya-Mbama, Director of planning and development, and Nicolas Okandzé, Director General of the Budget (DGB).

On Wednesday 29 August 2018, the Minister of Planning, Statistics and Regional Integration, Ingrid Olga Ghislaine Ebouka-Babackas, representing the Minister of Finance and Budget, Calixte Nganongo, presided over the handover ceremony between Emmanuel Akouala-Mpan, outgoing Director of Cabinet, and Henri Loundou, incoming Director of Cabinet, in the conference room of the Ministry of Finance, in Brazzaville, Republic of Congo, in the presence of the Advisers and Directors General under tutelage.

From Monday 27th to Friday 31th, August, 2018, the IMF's Regional Technical Assistance Center for Central Africa (Afritac center) is holding a regional seminar in Brazzaville, on the theme :"promoting an optimal management of budget risks".

For three days, from Thursday 16th to Saturday 18th, August, 2018, at the Hotel de la Concorde at kintele (northern suburb of Brazzaville), the director of the information systems of the Ministry of Finance and Budget, Guy Noel Londongo, has been chairing the proceedings of the workshop on the validation of the information technology master plan of the Ministry.

Executives from various departments of the Ministry of Finance and Budget met from Thursday 16th to Saturday 18th, August, 2018, at the hotel de la Concorde at kintele and validated the Information technology master plan. The document was submitted to them for consideration during a reporting workshop by the experts mission, led by the CEO of Kube Technologie firm, Aymar Andely.

ARC is still conducting its awareness campaign for the compensation of claims and the looking for uncompensated customers who suffered casualties. After the launching of its campaign at its head office, the town hall of Bacongo, in Pointe Noire and at Ouenze, ARC is going to start its campaign at the prefecture of Brazzaville in Moungali borough on Monday 13th, August, 2018 .

On Tuesday, July 31st, 2018, the ad interim Chief executive officer of the civil service and chairperson of the Committee, Josephine Boumandouki-Olingou Pourou, opened the proceedings of the said committee for 2018.
