On Thursday, February 8, 2018,  the Ministry of Finance and Budget (represented by Mr. Attali Mopaya, Telecommunication tax and digital economy Adviser) and the Ministry of Post, Telecommunication and Digital Economy  (represented by Mr.  Henri Yandza Mouele, Reform Adviser)  co-held a meeting in Brazzaville for the introduction  and exchange on the future payment system .

The General Manager of Banque Populaire Caisse d'Epargne Internationale (BPCEI), Jean Pierre Levayer,  a national of France,  made the announcement on Friday, February 2, 2018  in Brazzaville following the talk he had  with the Minister of Finance and Budget, honourable Calixte Nganongo.

From Monday 21 to Friday 25, August, 2017 Brazzaville(Congo), the Insurance International Institute will hold a seminar intended for the executives in charge of the insurance monitoring of member states of the inter African Insurance Market Conference (CIMA).

The seminar will be held under the aegis of the Minister of finance, budget and public portfolio, honourable Calixte Nganongo, on the theme : « monitoring process of insurance companies and basics for the writing of a contradictory monitoring report».

The proceedings of the Committee on the updating of implementing decrees ended on April 7, 2017 in the conference room of the ministry of finance, budget and public portfolio in Brazzaville. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Armel Fridelin Mbouloukoue, Adviser in charge of national financial institutionsministry, currency and debt in the ministry of finance. Mr. Constant BADIA, Chief executive officer in charge of national financial institutions (DGIFN) also attended the meeting.
