The re-installation of Zéphirin Iloki, as Director of Administrative affairs (DAAF) at the General Directorate of Customs and Indirect Taxation, Hilaire Mavoungou, Budget Adiviser, representing the Minister of Finance and Budget, Calixte Nganongo, took place on Friday 19 October 2018.
The Director of cabinet of the Ministry of Finance and and Budget, Henri Loundou, installed in a tense atmosphere and under the supervision of the gendarmerie and police services, Aaron Kounenguika, chief customs inspector, to the position of Director of customs Investigations (replacing LauricLoembé) and Serge Victor Ignoumba, chief customs inspector, to the position of senior customs inspector as Director of Regulation and Litigation (replacing M. Makita).
The Ministry of Finance and Budget, Calixte Nganongo is pursuing reforms with Syspace application to control and secure State revenues from natural resources, particularly the oil sector. The second presentation of this State debt payment monitoring application, took place on Wednesday 17 October 2018, in the meeting room of this ministry. The discussions and debates were directed by Henri Loundou, Director of cabinet.

The Kintélé international conference Center was used as a framework for the Ministry of Finance and Budget to host the stakeholders’ strengthening workshop on accounting quality issues. Thursday 27 September 2018 at Brazzaville, members of the tax reform steering committee (COPIL) and experts of the cabinet Ernst &Young-Fiduciaire France-Afrique (FFA) held an inaugural session to take stock of works of the general tax Code overhaul (CGI) and the Book of tax procedures.
