
As part of the implementation of the G-20 Debt Service Suspension Initiative (ISSD) of April 2020, Calixte Nganongo, Congolese Minister of Finance and Budget, and Mâ Fulin, Ambassador of the China People's Republic, signed an Agreement to cancel part of Congo's debt. This cancellation mainly concerns two interest-free loans due in December 2020, worth 7.8 billion F CFA.

On Monday 10 February 2021 in Brazzaville, Calixte Nganongo, Minister of Finance and Budget, launched the Single Payment Window, after the presentation and technical demonstration made by Guy Noël Londongo, Director of Information Systems (DSI) of the Ministry. The ceremony was attended by Calixte Médard Tabangoli, Managing Director of the Postal Bank of Congo (BPC), partner of the Unique Payment Window (GUD).

The Electronic Invoicing Machines Management System (MFE), presented and showcased by Ivan Stojiljkovic', Managing Director of INCODEV, a Belgrade-based international firm (Serbia), is entering its test phase. The launch ceremony took place on Monday 1 February 2021 by Calixte Nganongo, Minister of Finance and Budget, accompanied by his colleague, Ludovic Ngatsé, in charge of Budget.

Ludovic Ngatsé, Minister Delegate for the Budget, representing Calixte Nganongo, Minister of Finance and Budget, officially launched the Dematerialised Tax Stamp (TFD) on Friday 29 January 2021.

The Board of Directors of the Congolese Lottery Management Company (COGELO- S.A), held Friday 29 January 2021 at the headquarters of the Ministry of Finance and Budget in Brazzaville, examined and adopted the budget for the financial year 2021 to the tune of 9,500 million F CFA.

Ludovic Ngatsé, Minister Delegate for Budget, representing Calixte Nganongo, Minister of Finance and Budget opened, Monday 18 January 2021 in Brazzaville (Republic of Congo), the proceedings of the 24th ordinary session of the Office Council of the CEMAC Rose Card.

The Minister Delegate in charge of Budget, Ludovic Ngatsé visited the modern construction sites of Mini Tax Hotels on Tuesday 12th January 2021 in Brazzaville.

The National Committee of the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI) of the Republic of Congo met on Wednesday 30 December 2020 in Brazzaville. Under the auspices of the Minister Delegate for the Budget, Ludovic Ngatsé, representing Calixte Nganongo, Minister of Finance and Budget, Chairman of the said Committee and Chairman of its Executive Committee. In the presence of the Minister of Mines and Geology, Pierre Oba, First Vice-President.

The Prime Minister, Clément Mouamba, accompanied by the Ministers Ludovic Ngatsé (in charge of the Budget) and Lydia Mikolo (of Health) visited, on Wednesday 30 December 2020, the new latest-generation equipment put into operation at the Brazzaville University Teaching Hospital Centre (CHU).

The members of the Steering Committee (COPIL) of the Information System Reform Project of the Ministry of Finance and Budget met on Tuesday 29 December 2020 in Brazzaville for the fourteenth consecutive time. The work was led by Calixte Nganongo, Minister of Finance and Budget, assisted by his colleague in charge of the Budget, Ludovic Ngatsé.
