On Saturday 13 March 2021, three Members of the Congolese Government signed mining conventions, notably for iron ore, with the company Sangha Mining Development, a conglomerate of partners including Chinese.

The New Director General of Insurance and Reinsurance of Congo (ARC), Serge William Landry Massembo Doumou, was installed in his command chair on Tuesday, March 9, 2021, at the headquarters of this company governed by the CIMA Code in Brazzaville. On Tuesday, March 2, 2021, the Congolese Minister of Finance and Budget, Calixte Nganongo, represented by his colleague, Budget Delegate Ludovic Ngatsé, chaired, by videoconference from Brazzaville, the first annual meeting of the Council of Ministers of Finance in charge of Insurance of the Inter-African Conference of Insurance Markets (CIMA).

The Minister of Finance and Budget, Calixte Nganongo, and his colleague in charge of the Budget, Ludovic Ngatsé, received on Tuesday, March 2, 2021, in Brazzaville, the first visit of Sylvain Kakou, new representative of the International Finance Corporation (IFC) for Central Africa, seven months after taking office in Douala (Cameroon).

The National Committee of the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI) held its first meeting of the year on Thursday 25 February 2021 in Brazzaville. During this meeting chaired by Ludovic Ngatsé, Minister Delegate for Budget, the participants adopted the 2021 Work Plan with amendments.

On Monday, February 22, 2021 in Brazzaville, Sylvain Lékaka, Director of Cabinet of Ludovic Ngatsé, Minister Delegate for the Budget, launched the campaign to popularize tax provisions applicable during the year 2021.

The National Economic and Financial Committee (CNEF) of Congo met in ordinary session by videoconference on Wednesday, February 17, 2021, at the National Directorate of the Bank of Central African States (BEAC) in Brazzaville. Under the chairmanship of Ludovic Ngatsé, Minister Delegate for the Budget, representing Calixte Nganongo, Minister of Finance and Budget, the proceedings were attended by Abbas Mahamat Tolli, Governor of the BEAC, based in Yaoundé (Cameroon).

Calixte Nganongo, Congolese Minister of Finance and Budget, new President of the Council of Ministers of Finance of CIMA, received in audience, Monday, February 15, 2021 in Brazzaville, the Cameroonian Ncharé Issofa, Secretary General of this institution.
