On Friday, July 11, 2025, in Brazzaville, Anatole Collinet Makosso, Prime Minister and Head of Government, presided over the ceremony marking the 10th anniversary of the Sino-Congolese Bank for Africa (BSCA.Bank). Among those present were the Monetary Authority of Congo, Christian Yoka; the Chinese Ambassador to Congo, An Qing; and the Director General of the Agricultural Bank of China (ABC), Zhiheng Wang. and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of BSCA.BANK, Rigobert Roger Andely.

On Thursday, July 10, 2025, in Brazzaville, Christian Yoka, Congolese Minister of Finance, Budget and Public Portfolio, and Claire Bodonyi, French Ambassador to the Republic of Congo, co-chaired the 8th meeting of the Steering and Monitoring Committee (COS) of the Debt Reduction and Development Contract (C2D), signed in 2010 between the two countries. In addition to speeches by the two co-chairs, participants heard four presentations. These presentations led to interactive discussions, followed by the adoption of three decisions and four recommendations.
