
On Monday 21 March 2022 in Brazzaville, Rigobert Roger Andely, Congolese Minister of Finance, Budget and Public Portfolio, representing the Government, signed a Memorandum of understanding for the payment of Congo's debt to Dangoté cement Congo S.A., represented by Ravi Iyer, Managing Director.
On Friday 11 March 2022 at the headquarters of the Bank of Central African States (BEAC) in Brazzaville, the National Economic and Financial Committee (CNEF) of Congo-Brazzaville held its first quarterly meeting. It was chaired by the Minister of Economy, Planning, Statistics and Regional Integration, Ingrid Olga Ghislaine Ebouka-Babackas.

The workshop was attended by Mrs. Korotoumou-Ouattara, Representative of the World Bank (WB) in Congo, the institution in charge of the Integrated Public Sector Reforms Project (PRISP).
This Financing Agreement for the construction of the Maloukou SEZ was signed on 11 July 2021. However, due to Covid-19's health restrictions, the exchange of initials only took place on Monday 14 February 2022, in the meeting room of the Ministry of Finance, Budget and Public Portfolios, in Brazzaville, between the Congolese Minister of Finance, Rigobert Roger Andely, and the Director General of this bank, Sidi Ould Tah. On Thursday 10 February 2022 at the Brazzaville Chamber of Commerce, the Minister Delegate for the Budget, Ludovic Ngatsé, met with the heads of tax structures of the Brazzaville Department. The purpose of this first meeting at the beginning of the year was to appeal to and encourage the Minister to reach the fiscal forecasts for the current year.
On Tuesday 8 February 2022 in Brazzaville, the National Committee of the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (CN-ITIE) - Congo, led by Florent Michel Okoko, Permanent Secretary of the Executive Committee of this National Committee, organised a workshop to raise awareness of the Real Property (RP) among public administrations and reporting extractive forestry companies on real property.
