Two mining  agreements were signed on July 10th, 2018 in Brazzaville (Republic of the Congo) between the Congolese Minister of Finance and Budget, honourable Calixte Nganongo, and the companies Cominco and Luyan des mines du Congo in the presence  of his counterparts Pierre Oba, Minister of Minining and Geology and Fidele Dimou, Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation.

COGELO ( a Congolese lottery company) held its ordinary board meeting on Friday, June 29, 2018 at the head office of the company in Brazzaville. The proceedings were chaired by  Jean Marie Montsagna, chairman of the board, administrative and legal adviser  of the Minister of Finance and Budget, honourable Calixte Nganongo.

On June 29, 2018 at the town hall of Bacongo (2nd town hall of Brazzaville) , the director of production and development of  ARC (Assurances et Reassurances du Congo), Aude Vaya, launched the outreach campaign, which is part of the nationwide double payment and  search for claims covered by the company.

The mid-term workshop for the assessment of the integrated management system of the payroll (HR-PAROLL) was opened on Wednesday, June 27, 2018, at kintele, in the northern suburb of Brazzaville, by Guy Noel Londongo, director of the information system of the Ministry of Finance and Budget.

The workshop for ownership of the recommendations of the validation report  initiative for transparency in extractive industries(ITIE)-Congo took place on Friday, June 22, 2018 in Brazzaville. The participants recommended , among other things, the creation of space for dialogue between  civil society organizations  and the government.

On Thursday, June 21, 2018, the Congolese government (represented by the Minister of Finance and Budget, honourable Calixte Nganongo) and the World Bank (represented by its director of operations, Jean Christophe Carret) signed two financing agreements for the diversification of the economy and statistics in Brazzaville.

The general department  of  ARC (Assurance et Reassurances du Congo) is now paying for claims of all years across the country. The operation was launched on Monday, June 18, 2018 in Brazzaville by its general manager, Marc Gaston Akobo.

The Ministers of Finance, the chairmen of regional financial institutions and the governors of central banks of the franc area met from  Thursday 12 to Friday 13 April, 2018 at kintele, in the northern suburb of Brazzaville, Republic of the Congo,  under the chairmanship of honourable Calixte Nganongo, Congolese Minister of Finance and Budget, in the presence of the  French Minister  of Economy and Finance, Mr. Bruno Le Maire.

On Wednesday, June 13, 2018, the Congolese Minister of Finance and Budget, honourable Calixte Nganongo and  the chairman of the National Committee for the Political Advisory Conference of the Chinese People, Wang Yang, visited the main office of the Banque Sino-Congolaise pour l'Afrique (BSCA).

The executive chairman of the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI) in Congo, Florent Michel Okoko, presented the SYSCORE software «system of reconciliation of revenues from the extractive industries sector» to its partners.
