On Tuesday, August 25, 2020 in Brazzaville, Ludovic Ngatsé, Minister Delegate in charge of the Budget, collected from the hands of the Director of Human Resources (DRH) of the mobile phone company Airtel Congo, Mrs. Nives Ornella Malanda, a cheque of 36 million 329,876 F CFA, representing the contribution of the agents of this company to the National Solidarity Fund and Covid-19 fund.
The Minister of Finance and Budget, Calixte Nganongo, officially launched, on Monday 17 August 2020 in Brazzaville, the full operation of SIGFIP. The ceremony took place in the presence of the Chairman of the Public Finance Reform Committee, Henri Loundou, his Chief of Staff.
Ludovic Ngatsé, Minister Delegate in charge of the Budget, received, on Tuesday 16 June 2020 in Brazzaville, two delegations of donors, namely: that of the Agency for the Regulation of Transfers of Funds (ARTF), led by its Director General, Robert Jean Raphaël Massamba-Debate; and that of the New Apostolic Church in Congo, led by the Reverend Apostle, Aldin BifigaMakoundi, Leading Minister of this religious community.

The Budget Minister Delegate, Ludovic Ngatsé, received on Tuesday, June 2, 2020 in Brazzaville, a cheque for 50 million CFA francs from the Managing Director of the mobile phone company Airtel Congo, Alain Kahasha Ntumwa.
The Minister of State, Minister of the Economy, Industry and Public Portfolio, Mr Gilbert Ondongo, Chairperson of the Task Force, and his colleague, Minister Delegate to the Minister of Finance and Budget, in charge of the Budget, Mr Ludovic Ngatsé, carried out a working mission to Pointe-Noire on 29 and 30 May 2020.
Responding to the call of the Head of State, Denis Sassou-N'Guesso, launched on Saturday, March 28, 2020, to replenish the National Solidarity Fund and the Covid-19 Fund, the Congolese Football Federation (Fécofoot), the Eglise impact centre chrétien (ICC) in Brazzaville, Religious Confessions of Congo and the Rwandan Community of Congo contributed a total of 32 million CFA francs in cash.
Tuesday, May 19, 2020 in Brazzaville, Ludovic Ngatsé, Minister delegate in charge of Budget, has successively received the cheques of 1O million issued by the Congolese Shippers’ Council (CCC) and 1 million de F CFA La Mouyondzienne Association (ALM), as contribution to the National Response to the Covid-19.
Any natural or legal person, wishing to make its contribution in cash or in kind to the National Solidarity Fund, and the Covid-19 Fund, can now do so online, thanks to the platform Teleservices-Congo. This application was launched on Thursday 14 May 2020 in Brazzaville, by the Minister Delegate to the Budget, Ludovic Ngatsé.
