From Wednesday 21 September to Tuesday 4 October 2022, a technical mission of IMF experts, led by Pritha Mitra, represented in Congo by the Chief Economist, José Sulemane, is in Brazzaville. The purpose of the mission is to prepare the second review of the three-year agreement under the Extended Credit Facility (ECF), concluded in January 2022, between Congo and the Bretton Woods Institution.

Rigobert Roger Andely, Congolese Minister of Finance, Budget and Public Portfolio, François Barateau, French Ambassador to Congo, and Maurizio Cascioli signed a credit agreement on Friday 24 June 2022 in Brazzaville, enabling France to provide Congo with budgetary support of 67.5 million Euros, or  CFAF 44.3 billion, over the period from 2022 to 2024.

The New President of the Development Bank of Central African States (BDEAC) was installed in his new position on Saturday 18 June 2022 in Brazzaville (Republic of Congo). This was at the end of the Extraordinary General Assembly chaired by Mrs. Nicole Jeanine Lydie Roboty Epse Mbou, Minister of Economy and Recovery of Gabon, current president of the body.

Rigobert Roger Andely, Congolese Minister of Finance, Budget and Public Portfolio, and Giacomo Durazzo, Ambassador of the European Union in Congo, signed on Thursday, May 19, 2022 in Brazzaville, three Financing Agreements, totalling 25 million Euro, for the implementation of three projects in the fields of digital, professionalization of the Congolese Police and the transversality of the partnership between the two parties. 

From Monday 28 March to Saturday 2 April 2022 in Brazzaville (Congo), 85 Congolese candidates will take part in the entrance exam into the Institute of Economy and Finance (IEF) - Regional Training Centre for Financial Authorities of Central Africa in Libreville (Gabon). They will face tests in Essay writing, law, economic analysis, mathematics and statistics, and English. Under the supervision of the Ministry of Finance, Budget and Public Portfolio, represented by Jean Marie Montsagna, Director of Human Resources and Training (DRHF), and in the presence of Thierry Mamadou Asngar, of Chadian nationality, Director General of the Institute.

On Friday, March 25, 2022, the last day of its consultation mission to Congo-Brazzaville, the African Development Bank (AfDB) Group Executive Directors' delegation visited the Maloukou Tréchot Special Economic Zone (SEZ), where the road-rail bridge that will link it to Kinshasa (DRC) will be built, as well as the Kintele International Conference Centre, where the AfDB Annual Meetings will be held in May 2026. At the end of this consultation mission, the head of delegation, Mbuyamu Ilankir Matungulu, spoke to the press about the visit.  

The Congolese Minister of Finance, Budget and Public Portfolio, Rigobert-Roger Andely, on Monday, March 21, 2022, received a delegation of 10 Executive Directors from the African Development Bank (AfDB) Group. The delegation led by Mbuyamu Ilankir Matungulu, AfDB Executive Director for the Central Africa Group, was accompanied by two Directors General of the AfDB-Central Africa Region.

This Financing Agreement for the construction of the Maloukou SEZ was signed on 11 July 2021. However, due to Covid-19's health restrictions, the exchange of initials only took place on Monday 14 February 2022, in the meeting room of the Ministry of Finance, Budget and Public Portfolios, in Brazzaville, between the Congolese Minister of Finance, Rigobert Roger Andely, and the Director General of this bank, Sidi Ould Tah.  Following this exchange of initials, Minister Rigobert Roger Andely spoke to the press in the following interview.

On Monday 14 February 2022 in Brazzaville, the Minister Delegate for Budget, Ludovic Ngatsé, announced the Congolese government's commitment to pay its arrears under the Debt Reduction and Development Contract (C2D) by mid-June 2022. 

On Friday 10 December 2021 in Brazzaville, Fortunato-OfaMboNchama, President of the Development Bank of Central African States (BDEAC), and Rigobert Roger Andely, Minister of Finance, Budget and Public Portfolio signed the CFAF 100 billion BDEAC financing agreement for the first phase of the Brazzaville-Ouesso (Republic of Congo) - Bangui (Central African Republic) - N'Djamena (Republic of Chad) multimodal corridor development project.
