The purpose of the meeting was to have an exchange of views on the implementation of the project for the building of a third turbine for the Centrale Electrique du Congo(CEC).

The 2017-2022 strategic plan was one of the items on the agenda of the ordinary general meeting of the shareholders of the Development Bank of the Central African States (BDEAC), which took place on July 24, 2017 in Brazzaville(Congo) under the aegis of the Equatorial Guinean minister of finance and budget, honourable Miguel Engonga-Obiang Eyang.
