BDEAC General Assembly

The Development Bank of Central African States (BDEAC) held its General Assembly on Monday, June 14, 2021 in Brazzaville (Republic of Congo), by videoconference. The meeting was chaired by Mr Ludovic Ngatsé, Minister Delegate in charge of the Budget, representing Mr Rigobert Roger Andely, Minister of Finance, Budget and Public Portfolio, acting Chairman of the General Assembly, during which the shareholders commended the exceptional financial performance of BDEAC in the context of COVID-19.

Tax hotels

On Tuesday 8 and Friday 11 June 2021, the Minister Delegate in charge of the Budget, Ludovic Ngatsé, visited the three sites of the Tax Houses under construction since last January in Brazzaville. In the company of Ludovic Itoua, Director General of Taxes and Estates, and Médard Calixte Tabangoli, Director General of the Postal Bank of Congo.

Having placed the resumption of relations with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) at the center of his concerns and mission, the Minister of Finance, Budget and Public Portfolio, Rigobert Roger ANDELY, alongside with the Minister Delegate for the Budget, Ludovic NGATSE, received on Wednesday, 2 June 2021, in the meeting room of the said Ministry, the Directors General under his supervision to discuss views on Congo's relations with the IMF.

The Congolese Minister, Delegate for the Budget, Ludovic Ngatsé, representing the Minister of Finance, Budget and Public Portfolio, Roger Rigobert Andely, and his colleague from the Economy, Planning and Regional Integration, Ingrid Olga Ghislaine Ebouka-Babackas, participated on Tuesday 18 May 2021 by videoconference from Yaounde, headquarters of the Bank of Central African States (BEAC), in the meeting of the Ministerial Committee of the Central African Monetary Union (UMAC). The meeting was chaired by Cameroon's Minister of Finance, Louis Paul Motazé.
